Selection Process
The selection process for the NLC recruitment consists of multiple stages aimed at evaluating the candidates’ suitability for the positions. Initially, candidates will have to undergo a written test, which will assess their knowledge and aptitude relevant to the job roles. The test will comprise two parts:
- Part-I: 30 questions on General Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness at Diploma level)

The total duration for the written examination will be 120 minutes, and candidates must be proficient in the English language as the question paper will be provided in English only. To qualify, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 50% for UR candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates.
