ESIC Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility is determined in accordance with the
NMC Faculty Regulations 2025 and ESIC HR norms.
- MD/MS/DNB/M.Sc. degrees must be from institutions recognised by NMC.
- DNB (Broad/Super Specialty) equivalence applies as per NMC guidelines.
- For ICU/Accident & Emergency: Critical Care qualifications are preferred.
- Eligibility is verified on the date of walk-in interview.
- Candidates eligible for a higher post may be considered for a lower post based on merit.
Age Limit
- Faculty (Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor): Maximum 69 years
- Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years
- Retirement age for faculty is capped at 70 years.
Salary Structure
- Professor: ₹2,56,671 per month
- Associate Professor: ₹1,70,681 per month
- Assistant Professor: ₹1,46,638 per month
- Senior Resident (3 Years): Level-11 (₹67,700 + allowances)
- Remuneration includes DA, HRA, NPA and transport allowance as applicable.
