The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the Admit Card for the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2026. Candidates who have applied for the 1,358 Medical Officer positions can now download their hall tickets. The exam is scheduled to take place on 2 August 2026.

How to Download Admit Card

1. Visit the official UPSC website: upsc.gov.in.
2. Navigate to the “What’s New” section on the homepage.
3. Click on the link titled “Admit Card: Combined Medical Services Examination, 2026.”
4. Read the instructions and click “Yes” to proceed.
5. Select your login option: By Registration ID (RID) or By Roll Number.
6. Enter your Date of Birth and captcha code shown on the screen.
7. Click Submit to view your UPSC CMS Admit Card.
8. Download the PDF and print at least two copies.

Exam Instructions

• Carry a printed copy of the UPSC CMS Admit Card 2026.
• Bring one original valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, or Driving Licence).
• Arrive at the exam centre well before the reporting time.
• Electronic devices, calculators, and study materials are prohibited.
• Follow the seating arrangement and verification process as directed.
