Overview
The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released the HPSC HCS Prelims Admit Card 2026 on 20 April 2026. Candidates who applied for the Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) & Other Allied Services Preliminary Examination 2025 can download their hall ticket from the official website.
The offline examination is set to take place on 26 April 2026, with two sessions scheduled: Morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and Evening from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM.

How to Download Admit Card
- Visit the official HPSC website at hpsc.gov.in or click the direct download link.
- Navigate to the “Download Admit Card” section on the homepage.
- Click on the link for “Download Admit Card for HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Preliminary Examination – 2025”.
- Enter your credentials: Application Number/Roll Number, Password/Date of Birth, and Captcha Code.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen as a PDF.
- Download and save the PDF file on your device.
- Print the admit card on A4 size paper.
Exam Instructions
- Carry the printed admit card and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
- Arrive at the exam center at least 60 minutes before the exam starts.
- Entry will close strictly as per the reporting time on the admit card.
- Do not bring prohibited items such as mobile phones, calculators, or bags.
