Overview
The High Court of Punjab and Haryana has released the Chandigarh High Court Reader CPT Admit Card 2026 on 23 February 2026. Candidates who have successfully cleared the written examination for the Reader (Legal) posts can now download their hall ticket. The Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) is set to take place on 08 March 2026.

How to Download Admit Card
- Visit the official portal at phconapp.formflix.org or highcourtchd.gov.in.
- Locate the link for the “Reader (Legal) Computer Proficiency Test Admit Card”.
- Click on the admit card download link.
- Enter your credentials: Registration/Application Number, Date of Birth or Password, and Captcha Code.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Your provisional e-admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the PDF file.
- Print multiple copies for the exam day.

- Carry a printed admit card and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
- Arrive at the exam center early as per the reporting time specified.
