Overview

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the release of the admit card for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) 2025. The admit card will be available for download from 19 December 2025, ahead of the exam scheduled from 22 to 24 December 2025.

How to Download Admit Card

1. Visit the official AIIMS website at aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Navigate to the “Recruitments” section on the homepage.
3. Click on the “Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) 2025” link.
4. Select the “Download Admit Card” option.
5. Enter your Registration/Application Number and Date of Birth.
6. Click on the “Submit” button to access your admit card.
7. Download and print the admit card for future reference.

Exam Instructions

• Carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
• Report to the exam center at least 45-60 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Entry will close 30 minutes before the exam starts.
• Prohibited items include mobile phones, calculators, and bags.
• Follow all instructions provided by the invigilators during the exam.
