Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the Trade Apprentice posts will be based on merit, which will be determined by the marks obtained in the ITI and 10th-grade examinations. The weightage given to these marks will be as follows: 30% for ITI relevant trade marks and 70% for 10th-grade marks. In cases where no ITI qualification is required, such as for the trades of Blaster (Mines) and Driver Cum Mechanic (LMV), the selection will rely entirely on 10th-grade marks.
If two or more candidates secure equal marks, preference will be given to the candidate with the higher age. Additionally, candidates must be declared medically fit as per the requirements of Hindustan Copper Limited.
