- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Should hold a Diploma in Stenography in English with minimum shorthand speed of 100 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm on computer.
- Candidates with a Law Degree will be given preference.
- Applicants must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number from Assam.
