Overview
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Reserve List 2025 on 28 October 2025. Candidates who appeared for the UPSC CSE 2024 can now check their position in the Reserve List through the official website upsc.gov.in.
The Reserve List includes the names of candidates who have been recommended for appointment against remaining vacancies. This release marks the completion of the 2024 Civil Services recruitment process, which selects candidates for prestigious services such as IAS, IPS, and IFS.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria remain consistent with the original UPSC CSE 2024 notification:
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Applicants awaiting final year results were eligible to appear provisionally.
- Candidates must fulfill all other eligibility norms as per UPSC CSE rules.

- Maximum Age: 32 Years

- Navigate to the “What’s New” section on the homepage.
- Click on the link titled “Civil Services Examination 2024 – Reserve List.”
- The PDF file will open containing the list of recommended candidates.
- Use Ctrl + F to search for your roll number.
- Download and save the PDF for your records.
