Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (Regular / Distance Learning) from a University recognized by the Government of India or any Regulatory Body.
- No prior experience is mandatory; fresh graduates can apply.
Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per Government norms.
Salary Details
Selected Executives will receive a fixed monthly pay of ₹ 30,000 (inclusive of all statutory contributions).
Annual increments and performance-linked incentives may be offered based on business targets and evaluations.
No additional allowances or bonuses will be paid beyond this structure.
Application Fee
- All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹ 750 during online application.
- Ensure eligibility before payment — fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a merit list prepared circle-wise based on graduation marks.
- If required, the Bank may conduct an online test to finalize the merit order.
- In case of a tie, seniority in Department of Posts service or date of birth will be considered.
- Results and final lists will be published on the official IPPB website.
