The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the release of the admit card for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) 2025. The admit card will be available for download from 19 December 2025, ahead of the exam scheduled from 22 to 24 December 2025.

How to Download Admit Card
- Visit the official AIIMS website at aiimsexams.ac.in.
- Navigate to the “Recruitments” section on the homepage.
- Click on the “Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) 2025” link.
- Select the “Download Admit Card” option.
- Enter your Registration/Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on the “Submit” button to access your admit card.
- Download and print the admit card for future reference.
Exam Instructions
- Carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
- Report to the exam center at least 45-60 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Entry will close 30 minutes before the exam starts.
- Prohibited items include mobile phones, calculators, and bags.
- Follow all instructions provided by the invigilators during the exam.
