Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the Senior Project Associate and Project Associate-II positions will be based on a multi-stage process. Initially, candidates will be shortlisted based on their educational qualifications and relevant research experience. Eligibility Criteria

- Senior Project Associate (Natural Sciences): M.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Zoology / Wildlife Science / Ecology / Life Sciences / Anthropology) with a minimum of four years of research experience or a Doctoral Degree in the relevant field.
- Senior Project Associate (Arts/Social Sciences): M.A. in relevant subjects with four years of post-Master’s research experience or a Doctoral Degree in the specified areas.
- Project Associate-II (Natural Sciences): M.Sc. in Natural Sciences with two years of research experience.
- Project Associate-II (Arts/Indian Language Studies): M.A. in relevant fields with two years of research experience.
Additionally, candidates must be physically fit and willing to travel across India, including remote and difficult areas, to document traditional knowledge related to wildlife conservation.
