Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the Community Bank Coordinator positions will be conducted by the District Selection Committee. The process involves two main stages:
- Stage 1: Written Test – Candidates will undergo a written examination carrying a total of 75 marks.
- Stage 2: Interview – Successful candidates from the written test will be called for a personal interview, which carries an additional 25 marks.
Final selection will be based on the total marks obtained in both stages, ensuring that the most qualified candidates are selected for the role.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Community Bank Coordinator position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard (Class XII). Candidates from hilly/tribal areas may be considered with a 10th Standard qualification under special circumstances.
- Gender: Only women candidates are eligible to apply, specifically active members of SHGs.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an SHG Promoter.
